Summary: This book is a biography about our president who was in office at the time of the civil war. He played a special role in freeing the slaves. This book lets you know what kind of man he was and all the things he did through his life.
Reaction: I'm not a big historian however I think it was beneficial to read. You learn what kind of a man Abraham Lincoln was.
Problem: N/A
Recommendation: If I were studying Abraham Lincoln in school I would probably pick parts of this book but I don't think I would ever read the whole book to children.
